FIND A TRUSTED REALTOR®

This is where I come in, Once we connect, I'll conduct a needs analysis to help you clearly define your wants and needs in a home. From there, I will search the market to help you find homes that meet that criteria.

TIME TO SHOP

This is the fun part! Once a few homes have caught your eye, I will schedule private showingsand tour the properties with you.

OFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS

Using my market knowledge I will write a strong offer on your behalf. I will handle the negotiations striving to act in your (my clients) best interest. All the while keeping you informed through every step of the way.

INSPECTIONS & APPRAISALS 

CONGRATULATIONS you're Under Contract!!! During this process I will schedule inspections, negotiate repairs and work with the listing agent to make sure all contract terms are met. During this time the lender will also order an appraisal to ensure the home is at or below the contracted purchase price. Final walk throughs also happen during this 30-45 day period.

CLOSING DAY!

Congratulations it's closing day! During closing we will meet at a local title comapany/attorneys office and sign the papers for your new home, and get the keys to your new home.
